PRSC Membership Application
How to join PRSC or renew a PRSC membership:
Sign our membership application and pay the $60 annual dues.
Blank applications are available at Cashway Lumber, Ace Hardware gun counter, and D&B Supply gun counter.
Bring your app to a meeting, or mail it to PO Box 162 in Baker City Oregon 97814.
You must sign an application each time you renew, for insurance purposes.
To obtain the privilege of independent access and use of the unsupervised Virtue Flat Shooting Range, you must take the PRSC Range Safety Seminar: HERE.
Follow the instructions on that webpage. You only have to take the seminar once, but you are always accountable for the principles it covers. Feel free to invite your range guests to watch the seminar video.

Annual dues cover the period from January 1 through December 31.
Dues paid before November 1 apply to the current year.
Dues paid after October 31 apply to the remainder of the current year and all of the next year.
Members are permitted to renew for more than one year at a time.
The range gate combination is changed in the first week of each January. The combination is written on the back of your membership card if you have completed the seminar requirement. In accordance with Club Policy, do not share the gate combination with any person. Not sharing the combination is how we prevent vandalism, and liability lawsuits.

Membership Application/Renewal Form
The application form includes an option for $10 Life Membership Renewal. That option persists on the form because PRSC offered a lump-sum Life Membership many decades ago. As of January 2025, there are four remaining PRSC Life Members. We honor those Life Members. They have direct knowledge of this Club’s founding, and they have supported this Club for at least forty years.
